For Current Source:

  1. (While C.V. light is on) Set desired voltage knob
  2. Turn Current knob counterclockwise until C.C light turns on. This is the MAX current
  3. MAKE SURE IT READS: 0A, 0V
  4. Short the (+) and (-) leads
  5. Adjust the current to desired
  6. Reattach leads across load

Attempts to deliver the desired voltage but constrained by max current.
